When you’re done reading this guide, you can delete this block. First, here’s what’s on this page:
- People. This is where all your contacts live. Here’s a guide to the views:
- All Contacts: where contacts are grouped by their outreach status (is it time to reach out, has it been forever, or will you reconnect when you’re ready?)
- All (Status): where you can easily update your relationship progress
- NYC Friends: view that demonstrates location filtering (e.g. when you’re visiting and want to know who to reach out to)
- Ongoing & Archived: view for people you a) talk to so often that you don’t need to track every interactions, or b) don’t intend to be in touch with anymore.
- Contact history. This is where you’ll see a list of your latest interactions (from the current month). You can add new interactions here, or by clicking the New Interaction button next to a contact’s name under the “people” section.
- Databases. This is where you’ll find the complete people, contact history, and gift ideas databases that are linked on this page and in each contact page.
- What’s included?
- How to duplicate the template
Thank you for using my Relationship Manager, and please reach out if you have any questions, feedback, or feature requests! —Matthew
